Yes. The morning newsletter is free, with no paywall. You can subscribe from any page or at /subscribe and unsubscribe with one click at any time.

Who writes the articles?

Articles are produced by The Daily Geelong's newsroom from named, publicly available sources, which are linked in every piece. Every story carries a human byline and is reviewed against our editorial standards before publishing.

How do I submit a news tip?

Use the secure tip form at /tips, or email the newsroom directly. We protect the identity of confidential sources.

How do I submit an event?

Free community events can be submitted at /submit-event. We publish events that have a public source URL we can link to.

How do I report a correction?

Every article has a 'Suggest a correction' link at the bottom. We correct errors quickly, transparently, and note material updates on the article itself.

Can I advertise or sponsor a newsletter?

Yes. See /advertise for current placements and pricing, or /sponsor for sponsored content options. All paid placements are clearly labelled.

Do you have a public API or RSS?

Yes. RSS feeds are at /rss/news.xml and /rss/events.xml. A read-only JSON API is available at /api/articles.json, /api/events.json and /api/weather.json. The canonical site is https://dailygeelong.com.au.
